Alaska Airlines will begin service to Hawaii



The airline announced on Tuesday that a new nonstop daily service will start between Honolulu, Hawaii and both Oakland and San Jose, California.

The new service will begin on April 10, 2012, and for its launch, the carrier said that on Friday, it would sell some seats on low prices, such as $298 pre round trip. The offer covers travel Mondays through Thursdays between April 10 and June 9. This is only for limited seats and it isn’t available on all flights.

Alaska Airlines currently flies from Oakland and San Jose to three destinations in Hawaii: Kona, Lihue and Kahului.
