Appleton to Pheonix-Mesa, the new service launched by Allegiant Air

The twice-weekly nonstop service provided by Allegiant, which connects Appleton in Wisconsin’s Outagamie County and Phoenix-Mesa in Arizona has begun.

Due to its launch, the carrier is offering introductory one-way fares from $99.99 between the cities but the flights must be purchased by November 16, with travel to be completed by May 15, 2012. This offer is not available on all flights.

Thomas Nelson, Outagamie County executive said “Outagamie County is proud to build and expand our partnership with Allegiant. In addition to vacation destinations Orlando-Sanford and Las Vegas, Allegiant will now serve Phoenix-Mesa.”

Also, he added “This expanded partnership will serve our community well through competitive low-fare air service and by attracting new passengers from outside our area thereby providing an economic shot in the arm to local businesses.”

Allegiant Air’s new flight between Appleton’s Outagamie County Regional Airport (ATW) and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (IWA) operates on Thursdays and Sundays.
