Delta’s new service: direct flights from Atlanta to Havana


As announced by the agency Marazul, Delta Airlines will start on December 7 a new service from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta to Havana, weekly every Wednesday, aboard a Boeing 737-800 with capacity for 158 passengers.

The new service is the result of an alliance between Delta Airlines and Marazul. The association includes other six itineraries to Havana and Camagüey, starting on October 1.

Since October, Marazul will include three more flights weekly to Havana- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturdays- from the International Airport of Miami, and other two- Wednesday and Saturdays, heading to Camagüey.

On November, two new charter flights from Miami to Havana, bringing up to five the weekly operations of Delta Airlines, between both cities.

And starting on November 6, Marazul will restart direct flights to Havana from the JFK airport in New York.

Marazul announced that the passengers can begin booking for flights for October and November from Miami, as well as those scheduled on November from New York and on December from Atlanta.
