406 travel buyers were asker to value the five largest carriers in 10 service delivery categories. From a scale of 1 to 5 points, meaning excellent the higher number, Delta rated 3.14 and United 3.12.
United scored he highest qualifications on three of the 10 categories: flexibility in negotiating services and amenities; distribution channels, and quality of costumer service.
