New service from Chicago to Orlando

 

 

 

 

Allegiant will begin a new service from Gary/Chicago International Airport to the Orlando/Sanford area in Florida twice a week, starting February 2012, what will give the airport its first regularly scheduled airline service in three years.

Reservations for flights between Gary and Orlando Sanford International Airport now can be made at Allegiant’s online reservations center. Base fare for a one-way ticket is $69.99.

The announcement was made in a low key presentation at the regular meeating on Monday at the Gary Airport in Chicago.
